About Stagecoach Partners

Jean Dorans has 30+ years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.  Dorans has been in several executive positions:  Managing Director of Realogic Analytics, Transaction Advisor at Blackstone Group, and Senior Vice President at Trizec Properties.  In 2017, Dorans launched her own commercial real estate consulting firm, Stagecoach Partners.  Dorans’ previous roles have shaped her skill set and knowledge immensely within the CRE industry, specifically tailored to financial due diligence, analysis, closings, valuation, and modeling.  Throughout her career, Jean has analyzed and evaluated billions of dollars of commercial real estate and mentored 75+ analysts to become top investment professionals in the industry.

Ivy Wong has worked within the commercial real estate industry for 25+ years.  Wong was the Vice President of Realogic Analytics and Senior Director of Equity Office before becoming Managing Director at Stagecoach Partners.  These experiences allow Ivy to lead Stagecoach Partners’ professionals through the production of expert financial modeling and due diligence service work.  Ivy’s extensive amount of experience within office, retail, and industrial asset classes enables her to provide exceptional value for Stagecoach Partners’ clients.

Caroline joined Stagecoach Partners in June 2023. During the summer of 2022, Caroline worked as an Intern at Equity Residential in downtown Chicago, where she performed research on prospective markets. Caroline attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and graduated from the Wisconsin School of Business in 2023 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Marketing. While at UW Madison, Caroline was a member of the Real Estate Club.

JJ has worked with Stagecoach Partners since its inception.  In her more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, she has served as Project Manager for Realogic, Manager of Transactions & Strategic Analysis for Equity Office Properties, and Project Manager of Due Diligence for Trizec Properties.  She received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Real Estate and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Tina has over 15+ years in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to becoming a Project Manager at Stagecoach Partners, Coyne was a Director at EQ Office (formerly Equity Office Properties) and a Senior Associate at Duff & Phelps. Coyne has extensive experience with underwriting, due diligence, and financial modeling related to transactions and processes for office, retail, and industrial properties. She earned her MBA at Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management with concentrations in Management, Finance, and Marketing and received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin.

Ryan joined Stagecoach Partners in June 2022. He attended The Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Finance. Before joining Stagecoach Partners, Ryan worked as an Agency Leasing Intern at CBRE in downtown Chicago, where he provided data regarding prospective tenants in the Central Business District to the office leasing team. Both his academic and internship experience led him to pursue a career in commercial real estate.

Dom has been with Stagecoach Partners since March 2021, joining the analyst team after spending a year in technology sales. During his tenure with Stagecoach Partners, he has provided services to clients looking to acquire, sell, and refinance commercial properties. His current responsibilities include leading underwriting, due diligence, and closing services, across a wide variety of asset classes such as industrial, retail, office, and self-storage. Dom graduated from Indiana University Bloomington in 2019, where he received a degree in Public Finance.

Brian joined Stagecoach Partners as an Analyst in March 2021, providing in-depth financial analysis, and underwriting for institutional clients across the country. In his current role, he leads portfolio acquisitions from the onset of due diligence through the closing process. Brian graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Economics with Concentrations in Finance and Real Estate. During his time at Penn, he was a member of the Varsity Wrestling team.

Prior to joining Stagecoach Partners in August 2022, Charlie attended the University of Pennsylvania, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in Political Economy. Charlie previously worked as an Intern for Bridge33 Capital where he assisted their Asset Management and Leasing teams. During his time at Penn, he was a member of the Varsity Lacrosse team that won the 2019 Ivy League championship.

Olivia has been with Stagecoach Partners since October 2021, supporting all facets of the company including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general accounting, and office administration. She has also picked up additional work assisting the analysts in due diligence and estoppel projects. Olivia graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a BS in Animal Sciences. Prior to joining Stagecoach, she volunteered at the Lincoln Park Zoo and Shedd Aquarium in Chicago.

Ryan has been with Stagecoach Partners since its inception in November 2017, joining after spending several years in sales and contract analysis roles.  He began at Stagecoach as an analyst, providing comprehensive audit and variance reporting for portfolio clients throughout the country. In his current role, he leads domestic and international projects requiring in-depth financial due diligence and underwriting across multiple asset classes.  Ryan graduated with a BA in Communication from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.

Lori has worked with Stagecoach Partners since its inception. In her more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, she has served as Vice President CarrAmerica and Equity Office Properties under the guidance of The Blackstone Group, as well as Vice President and Director of Property Management for Trizec Properties. Lori holds an MBA in finance and real estate from the University of Texas and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University. She holds an RPA (Real Property Administrator) designation from BOMI (Building Owners and Managers Institute) and is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Manager).

Chris assists in all financial and operational due diligence for asset acquisitions and management where he provides analysis across all asset classes.  Chris’ client-centric team approach enables him to lead projects for clients acquiring diverse portfolios of assets. Prior to joining Stagecoach Partners in March of 2018 as an analyst, Chris obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Quincy University where his experiences led him towards a career in commercial real estate.
